Anthony Dayao, PCC, isn't just an IT executive; he’s a leadership catalyst. With 25+ years navigating the dynamic world of tech, he's held prestigious CIO and executive roles at names like Direct Energy and Merrill Lynch Commodities. But his passion doesn't stop there.

Anthony knows that technology is only half the equation. He's also a seasoned entrepreneur and certified coach, guiding individuals and teams at all levels to unleash their full potential. His seamless approach, recognized by the Co-Active Training Institute and ICF, unlocks hidden capacities and propels leaders toward impactful results.

For over a decade, Anthony has designed and led year-long programs for emerging and senior leaders in major corporations. He empowers them to thrive in complex environments, build high-performing teams, and navigate the digital landscape with confidence.

Anthony's expertise extends beyond coaching certifications. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, complemented by Master's degrees in the same field from top universities like NYU and UW-Madison. This unique blend of technical know-how and leadership acumen makes him uniquely qualified to help leaders thrive in the digital age.

Location: Portland, OR 

Sami Branch BSN, MBA, CPCC, PCC, empowers individuals and teams to unlock their full potential in healthcare, leadership, and beyond. Drawing on her extensive experience as a caregiver, consultant, and coach, Sami understands the unique challenges faced by busy professionals. Combining her passion for personal growth with deep expertise in women's and children's health, she ignites transformative journeys for individuals and teams alike.

Sami holds a BS in nursing with a minor in psychology, an MBA, and certifications in health informatics, coaching, and Leadership Circle Profile (LCP). She further honed her skills with the renowned coaches at The Co-Active Training Institute and Dare to Lead by Brené Brown, earning her PCC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her commitment to continuous learning ensures she brings the latest tools and insights to every coaching engagement.
